Problem with this Veiled skin

I once bought this on the Battle.net website on my PC, but when I log in on PS5, it says I don't have the skins. I thought it was a glitch, so I logged in again, but they're still not there. I logged in again, and it's even worse. When I check the website, it says I already have them, and yes, my Battle.net account is linked to my Activision account.
