This is such a joke and I cant be any happier that it seems like this game is going to completely flop. There is literally ZERO excuse to not have persistent lobbies. it completely ruins the social aspect of the game by not having them and completely disregards the part of the community that loves that part of the game. I am so glad I didn't pre order because i KNEW infinity ward would completely mess everything up when it comes to matchmaking. I guess their definition of "Classic Matchmaking" was the matchmaking found in MW2019.

With the new 1.008 update BO2 has a MW4 ad now. Turns out they are willing to put ads of new CoDs into these ports. I just hope they dont bring the monetization systems or really anything else from new CoDs to the ports.

My personal favorite is Black Ops 1. Great campaign, very fun multiplayer and zombies was goated, especially for its time. For me, this game was just perfect and I’m happy to be playing on PlayStation again

Does anyone else miss this shit? Playing these coop missions with buds is some of the best time gaming I've ever had. Why did they stop?

How difficult was it to remake the campaing and multiplayer maps, and why did cod 4 and mw2 get the better treatment?

Back when this game came out i was in school and I didn't have a PC that could run this game. In my late 20s now I built a PC and played this for the first time 18 years after the game was released. The stories, characters and the music worked perfect together. Loved it! I'll miss playing it again for the first time.

The characters don’t even feel real or believable they feel like cartoon characters with one trait and nothing else.

Obviously the PS3 screenshots don’t show a lot of detail, but if you’ve played the game a bit I think you get the general idea. Thanks in advance for your help!

This just proves that the only hope for COD’s future is releasing more ports and remasters. People LOVE old school COD way more than anything that has been released in the last decade. These ports have printed money and will have more players than the new COD coming out this fall.
