The laptop does not turn on at all . Did some troubleshooting not a pro at this. The usb type c pd line has shorts. If someone has Any clue or some common things to check can help me. Thanks

This cap is shorted including various other near usb ports.

So the console was dropped and then the hdmi broke. I did the hdmi replacement and have this issue now. Does anyone know why this happens
