I tried asking this previously and was met with an aggressive response and no answer even though I don't think anyone has asked this question in this subreddit before... but I was simply wondering if SW999's EBA are affected by blessings that increase basic attack damage, like Propagation blessings in simulated universe modes

It seems like her damage isn't that bad so building crit is nice, she technically wants 4.5k attack for her buff, she needs at least 170-200% ER, how are you supposed to balance this? Do you just prioritize ER requirements first and then straight into attack or is it worth it to have some crit stats? Is there a golden ratio of ER, attack before buffs, and cr/cd?
