Can you be alloromantic but romance repulsed?

This might be a very stupid question but I'm so confused.

So, I (18 agender) am alloromantic as far as I'm aware and have been in a few middle- and high-school relationships. After a particularly rough breakup at 16, I've lost nearly all my desire for a romantic relationship. I've been in a few situationships here and there after the breakup, as well as had a crush for a bit, but actually engaging in romantic behaviour (flirting, kissing, holding hands romantically) makes me feel gross and uncomfortable.

I'm not really sure why, but the thought of a queerplatonic relationship sounds so much nicer in the long-term and I know I'm definitely capable of having alterous feelings (I'd say more, but some of my irl friends have found this account so I need to be cautious). I don't know if I'll ever want a romantic relationship in the future, but I think I can still feel attracted to people in an aesthetic way? (not too sure about romantic feelings)

I guess I'm mostly figuring things out right now, but could I be alloromantic and romance repulsed at the same time, or maybe I've been on the aromantic spectrum all along? I'm not well-educated on this and I've tried researching and asking an aromantic friend but it's just made me even more confused. Thanks in advance!

How do you handle a gluten challenge?

It's day 4 of my gluten challenge and I feel like absolute shit. My gastroenterologist is 99% sure I have celiac but since I seem to be presenting seronegative he wants to do an endoscopy and biopsy to confirm. I hadn't cut out gluten before, just naturally reduced it and now that I'm eating it every day I feel horrible. I'm really nauseous and feel like throwing up all the time, constantly exhausted, have random mouth sores, and my stomach pain and bloating is way worse than usual. How do I continue going about my life and getting stuff done? All I can handle right now is laying in bed and doomscrolling.

Why is getting diagnosed so hard????

I've been having horrible stomach issues for 4 years and I think I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel but I'm petrified nonetheless.

I've been through (as of now) three gastroenterologists: 1 pediatric, 1 adult, and one highly specialised. My first endoscopy at 17 showed some unclassified small intestinal damage but nothing really came of it because my celiac serology was negative.

The month before my 18th birthday, shit hit the fan. Horrible bloating worse than anything I'd experienced before, constant stomach pain, constipation, exhaustion, you know the drill. I was pretty much unable to function and missed a ton of school, leading to me going to a second gastroenterologist. Same situation, serology's negative, but now I'm anemic as well. I had a virtual colonoscopy done and it turns out my colon's longer than average??? Which is odd, but nothing conclusive.

My second gastroenterologist has been a godsend and referred me to a specialized clinic where they have really good ultrasound machines. The third doctor (I got a last-minute appointment today) spent 20 solid minutes examining me with the ultrasound machine and kept saying stuff like:

"There's fluid near your liver, that's a sign of celiac disease."

"Your intestines look like a washing machine, that's a sign of celiac disease." (He actually showed me and it looked really crazy tbh)

"There's sediment in your bladder, that's a sign of celiac disease."

"You know, purely based off the ultrasound, this seems like textbook celiac disease."

Anyway, he tells me about seronegative celiac and how I might have that, then proceeds to order a THIRD set of celiac blood tests (which I'm supposed to get done at a specialized laboratory tomorrow) along with some other stuff because my lymphocyte count is super low. Keep in mind, this was my 1st ever solo doctor's appointment so it was a lot to take in.

He then explained how if my serology's negative again, he'll have to refer me to the gastroenterology department chair who's either going to perform another endoscopy or some sort of scan which I didn't fully understand if I'm being honest.

I don't care if it's celiac at this point, I just want concrete answers so I can feel better already. My hair's falling out, I barely have energy to do anything (let alone keep up with my marathon training), feel like shit every day, and have other random aches and pains to deal with on top of my constantly worsening stomach issues. I've also lost a ton of weight and dropped down to the underweight category which people refuse to stop commenting on.

I don't even know why I'm writing this to be honest, I just needed to get it off my chest and see if anybody could relate to this hellish diagnostic experience.

Freaking Out

Hi, I literally just found this sub a bit ago and hoping to maybe get some answers?

For context, I'm 18 and currently training for a marathon. I've been an on-and-off (mostly off) smoker since 15 as well, but I don't really smoke more than a quarter of a pack a day, if even that, and I've only picked up smoking again around a year ago. I've been getting on-and-off dull lung pain for some time now, which never used to brother me during my runs and went away on its own.

However, over these past 2-3 days, it's come back and is kind of getting worse. It was noticeable during my run today, but it still didn't bother me. It's worse when I'm laying down and when i try to press on the top of my sternum and ribs, I experience sharp local pain.

I've also caught a cold these past few days and have a sore throat and phlegm (no coughing), which has kind of freaked me out that I've fucked up my lungs from smoking, but I'm not sure. Could it be costo?

Is not disclosing alterous feelings unfair?

I don't know if this is weird but I think I've gotten to a place where I can accept the fact I have alterous feelings towards my best friend without doing anything about it. Don't get me wrong, a QPR would be great but I don't know if he'd even want one and I'd rather not risk making things awkward by asking ngl. Also, the thought of jumping into something more "formal" is kind of nerve-wracking to me as well.

The one thing I'm concerned about, though, is whether this is truly fair to him or not? I don't know how I'd feel if someone I'm really close to kept such a big thing from me; it kind of feels like lying in a way? I'm not sure really.

Do I necessarily have to disclose my alterous feelings?

Hi everyone, sorry if this is a bit of a ramble.

Basically, I (18 agender) think I've had alterous feelings for my best friend (18M) since September of last year but I've only recently learned about queerplatonic relationships and alterous attraction (literally figured it out a few weeks ago). Part of me really wants to tell him because a QPR would be amazing, but at the same time I don't necessarily want/need things to change and it feels nice just having a word for how I feel at this stage. Though, I'm not sure if it's disingenuous to continue acting as "just" best friends when there's clearly something more, at least on my end.

I know he's aware of what queerplatonic relationship are but I'm not exactly sure to what extent he's researched into them and I'd rather not ask so he doesn't come to any conclusions before I'm ready to tell him.

I honestly have no idea what to do so please let me know if you have any suggestions!
