I’m eating and hydrating flawlessly, I get headaches and wired on injection day and days after. Did anyone else take a while to adjust?

Is this an adjustment phase? I’m trying to push through. I just feel like I’m in fight or flight especially on shit day and first 48 hours

I woke up and couldn’t move all day wow
It’s like it was way too much. So I took half tonight and hit it me so strong again. I’m only on week 4 and have felt my nervous system being ramped up since starting. Any advice?

Vestibular migraines during my cycle but recently increased my adderall dosage from 5mg to 10mg. I started having vestibular issues like fog, feeling disconnected, vertigo etc.

Did my first beginner pt session yesterday. Felt clearer right after, but then got a bad pressure headache, fatigue, and today I woke up way foggier and worse.

Normal reaction or should I stop? Its hard to function feeling this off.
