I want to go backpacking from the countryside to France. Where do I get a dog for protection?

Hi. I'm a woman, 25, and I'm gonna travel from UB to France through Russia + Kazakhstan and so on.

I'm going to get a dog and bring it with me, get all the shots and paperwork and whatnot and then just leave, and explore. I have a U.S passport also, so no problems or anything. half my family is herders in the north so I grew up around a ton of bankhar and stray dogs, but I want one thats young and reliable to grow up with me if that makes sense.

i can travel all over, i have a motorcycle and i'm a little crazy. anyone know a good place to get a dog?

I took it in july, I've been bleeding for 20 days now.

Hi, I'm really scared but the doctor doesn't have an appointment for another few weeks. I wanted to see if I was in like, danger or anything.

took a morning after pill on July 14th, the day after my period. On the 24th I had some blood spotting for about 3 days, all pregnancy tests negative and are still negative.

On August 21st my real period began, and just.. hasn't stopped. It's been 20 days, and I'm fully filling up pads every couple hours. I've been taking iron supplements but I'm absolutely terrified that I'm going to bleed out.

is this normal?? should I go to thr ER??

With wax carving- is a setting like this possible?

throwaway so my girlfriend doesnt see :p

i'm an artist in many mediums (wood, textiles, leatherworking, painting, 3d modeling, etc) and I decided the most heartfelt thing I could do was create the engagement ring for my girlfriend myself. i was a girl raised on silk shirt RnB (if you get the reference, lol)

I made some forgey connections and yada yada long story short i'm gonna try my hand as some lost wax technique. i've got a bazillion blanks to practice with, so if its a matter of practice and time, ill try my best.

my question is: is it even possible? ive seen two different settings for wax (the fully inset and the prongs) but i've yet to see this sort of... rounded.. idk what to call it. my thought was to create a slightly.. oddly shaped prong (look at it upside down and imagine it pointing straight up), have it cast, and then set the gem myself when it gets back to me? but i wasn't sure if silver would bend so easily as to do that...?

If anyones got any videos or tutorials i'd love some advice.
