On Thursday I was outside on my phone during a thunderstorm & heard thunder and then saw a flash of light.

Now I'm scared if lightning has hit me or my phone & scared i won't sleep because of it & if it has caused my insomnia.

I already suffered from electrophobia & insomnia because I was electrocuted 5 years ago which gave me post traumatic stress disorder.

But this has made me even worse & I'm scared if I was struck by lightning.

So I was wondering if anyone in this group could help me.

It all started on Friday when I was in the bathroom.

I was on my phone & I came off reddit & went onto Google to search for something when I suddenly started thinking to myself.

A thought came into my head of me writing something illegal to my friend on reddit & then hiding the entire conversation.

Then my brain said "shit did I just do that"?

I had over 20 friends on my reddit chat so Im scared if I scrolled down & randomly selected one of my friends & told them to do something illegal & I need to find out if that happened when I was on my phone on Friday.

I can't remember their username so I can't check if I did it or not.

I downloaded my reddit data but it didn't work.

If reddit had a "hidden chat folder" then I could easily find out if I wrote anything or not but unfortunately reddit doesn't have that option.

I am very scared if it happened & I'm trying to find out what I did.

I've been crying & I'm so scared. I just wished I could go back & see what happened.

So any help would be appreciated.

Hey I was wondering if you could help me.

I suffer from mental health & I'm worried if I wrote something illegal to my friend on hidden DMs.

I can't remember his username so I can't check if I did.

I downloaded my data but that didn't work.

So I was wondering if reddit could somehow access my hidden DM's.

I'm just so scared & would appreciate it if anyone can help me
