Want to clarify my query regarding the admission in IITs via IIT JAM Chemistry Exam
Hi everyone,
my\_qualifications B.Sc. under NEP 2020 from a DAVV-affiliated college with Major Botany and Minor Chemistry.
I study Chemistry (theory + practical) throughout all 3 years of my degree.
I want to pursue M.Sc. Chemistry through IIT JAM.
Has anyone with a similar Major–Minor degree been admitted to an IIT for M.Sc. Chemistry? Does Chemistry being a minor create any issue during IIT admissions?
I will be having Mathematics in my last 2 years as a multidisciplinary subject and will write class 12th Mathematics exam through open board
Will I be eligible for taking admission in IITs in MSs Chemistry programme as I'm a minor chemistry student.
I would especially appreciate replies from IIT M.Sc. students, JAM qualifiers, or anyone familiar with the admission process.
