I hate pessimism
It’s ok to beat a situation down to vent but being all negative even when things are going well is just so annoying, just be fucking happy for once it won’t do you any better to downplay stuff.
And especially when they turn out to be wrong and the good happened and now you wanna be all yippi and happy, it pisses me off.
And the stuff about ”I’m a realist” just shut up you bore
Especially when they try to make you not talk to them as well over an argument.
I have this friend who has said this to me like 3 times about our class mate and it’s so annoying, they go on about what they did and how mad they are about it and say “we’re not taking to them anymore”, yes you are, talk about it and sort it out instead of just being all mad for a day and making a big deal out of it.
Just to clarify I’m not saying that I want them to actually cut ties, I’m saying that you shouldn’t go around and say that your going to do it when we all know that that’s just for show
I like to think that when Jesse “accepts that he’s the bad guy” he subconsciously tries to play that roll, to a point where it’s not accepting but being the bad guy on his own command to cope. And his image of “the bad guy” is Walter up to that point so he subconsciously imitates him before realizing that he’s actually not that guy.
Completed it yesterday thankfully but the things that they make you study are ridiculous.
For example one question on a test was when lead was not allowed in petrol anymore, why do I need to know this?
And one part of the book was just about totally obvious things like “things that are further away looks smaller” like no shit Sherlock
Or is it just me bc I actually do this most of the time even tho I very rarely speak English, I think it’s because I read and consume more English media than in my first language
