MBA + CMA Fresher Seeking Finance / PMO / Analyst Opportunities

Hi everyone,

I recently completed my MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Development along with US CMA qualification, and I’m actively looking for fresher/entry-level opportunities in:

  • Financial Analysis
  • Project Coordination / PMO
  • Business Analysis
  • Product Associate
  • Consulting / Operations

I’m based in Ahmedabad and open to onsite/hybrid opportunities. I have strong interest in finance, strategy, project management, and analytical roles, along with startup exposure through academic projects. Had one year experience of running startup.

If anyone knows of openings, referrals, or good companies hiring freshers, I’d genuinely appreciate the help. Thank you!

"Starting in Ahmedabad. If you're based here and want to build something real in the AI space — let's talk."

Hello
I'm building an AI agent that follows up with leads for small businesses — 63% of them never reply at all. Looking for a technical team.

Here's a stat that broke my brain: the average SMB takes 47 hours to respond to an inbound lead. 63% never respond at all. And 35–50% of all sales go to whoever responds FIRST — not the cheapest, not the best. First.

That's the problem FollowIQ solves.

It's an AI inbox agent that onboards to a business (crawls their website, reads their docs, learns their voice), then talks to every inbound lead — via email, Instagram and WhatsApp — instantly. It qualifies, follows up, answers FAQs, and hands off hot leads to the owner. Not a generic chatbot. It actually knows the business.

Target users: real estate agents, clinics, law firms, home services, gyms — anyone drowning in leads they can't respond to fast enough.

I have the full product spec, go-to-market plan, revenue model, and 9-month build roadmap. I'm looking for **one technical person** (AI/backend — FastAPI, LangGraph, RAG pipelines) to build this with me as a co-founder. Equity split, not a freelance gig.

If this problem resonates with you and you've worked with LLMs, agents, or RAG systems — drop a comment or DM me. Happy to share the full plan.

Who this is for: AI/ML engineers, backend devs with LLM experience, anyone who's wanted to build something real in the SMB AI space.

Been thinking about this lately…

I’ve been trying to find people who are genuinely into entrepreneurship — not just talking, but actually discussing ideas, problems, and what’s really happening while building something.

Honestly, it’s been hard to find people with the same level of passion and consistency. And I’ve seen a lot of similar posts here too, so I thought I’d just put this out.

Thinking of organizing a simple meetup (online) where anyone can join, share ideas, talk about their industry, and discuss real problems they’re facing.

Nothing fancy — just real conversations.

If this sounds interesting, drop a comment or DM.
