Esta es mi primera tortilla publicada

Cebolla pochada

Deberia de haber cortado las patatas mas pequeñas..

Hola a tothom! M’acabo d’unir al fòrum, intentaré compartir tots els platets autòctons que tenim.

Avui començo amb un Fricandó.

El sofregit el vaig fer amb porro (no el que es fuma), Api i ceba que sempre intento caramel·litzar-la per al sofregit i desglaço amb vermut o cervesa (depèn el que hi hagi a la nevera). També porta camagrocs.

L’única falla que he tingut és que em vaig oblidar de triturar la verdura, però com m’agraden els trossets, cap endins!

Posdata: es una mica complicat comentar i publicar en aquest fòrum, ha de ser el català perfecte porto dos dies😂 agrairïa una mica de tolerància

Tomorrow, after 13 wonderful years as part of our family, we have to say goodbye to my brother, Richie.
Two weeks ago, he was diagnosed with lymphoma. The vet told us that even with treatment, he would only have a few more months, and every trip to the clinic was becoming harder on him. He would get so stressed that he kept losing more and more fur each time.
Richie was never the most affectionate cat, although he had his own way of showing love. But he was always there, always present, always keeping us company.
He has been with me since I was 15 years old and, by far, he has been the longest-lived pet we’ve ever had. He made me fall in love with cats, and because of him, my partner and I ended up adopting three of our own.
Ever since I moved out, Richie became my mum’s loyal companion. She lives alone, and he has always been by her side, keeping her company every single day.
I’m going to miss you so much, my brother. I will always love you, and you will always be my cat.
I love you, Richie. ❤️
