Hello! I saw a loose dog on SE Hallow Street and a private road. A Shih Tzu type dog. Black and white ish. I don’t know if they are necessarily lost. They seemed well fed and were wearing a collar.

Just wanted to post here in case anyone is looking. I have blurry pics that I can send.
