Utah Special Needs emergency registry website offline

If anyone here works for Utah.Gov can you let the DPS and DSPD or Utah.Gov IT/SecOps team know that the special needs registry website now redirects to an Online Casino in Azerbaijan. It is linked from multiple Utah.Gov, County, and City websites across the state.

I’ve filled out online contact forms for both DPS and DSPD to let them know - but given current wildfires in the state hopefully someone closer can expedite it being resolved / secured so people who need it can register etc.
