Hey there!

I’m currently a member of Puregym ditmars (ex Matrix Fitness) and I loved the gym but am so disappointed by all the changes. The sauna is most likely gone, it’s messier in there now, but my last straw is the paper towel dispensers being empty! literally so gross. I know not everyone wipes down after using a machine, but for those who do, this is just unacceptable.

If anyone already canceled their membership and moved to other gyms, where did you go?? Would love any recommendations for other gyms in the area please! I don’t have a car so hopefully it’s 10-15 min walk or train/bus ride.

Don’t care about much other than the distance, a fair price point (i pay $70 rn and wont go above) and a sauna would be nice.

I’ve noticed a lot of companies are selling lace hijabs, which i get is trendy. But so many of them look alike that i wonder if they’re all getting it from China and pricing them so high.

I know Klay the label drop ships from China. Now Yara the collection has similar hijabs launching today and I bet they’re going to be $30 USD. I love their quality but I wonder if it’s the same wholesaler.

I will say, at least Vela tried to be a little different and added a different border and hopefully kept to their promise of in house designs/manufacturing (i think in India?)

Assalamulaikum!! Does anyone have any recommendations for hijab and clothes that is made for water activities or is quick dry? I know Veiled collection has some but a lot of their stuff is sold out.

Salam!! If anyone is has tan skin tone with olive undertone and owns Rosewave, do you mind sharing a pic or DM me on how it looks on you?? I just want to make sure it’s not too bright and washes me out.
