Sweden's Social Democrats are bleeding out to its likely coalition partners such as the Greens, the Left, and the Center Party. 2 of the latest polls show that it (S) might go below the results it achieved in 2022 (107 seats, 30.3% of the vote).

*EDIT:

Also, you can see here in this Wikipedia table how the Social Democrats previously were getting in the polls which was around 32%-36% if you scroll, but now according to the latest polls which have been recently released, it shows the Social Democrats falling into 30.1%-30.5%. (though the recent Novus for TV4 poll hasn't been accounted into Wikipedia)

Who does this sub support in the 2026 Swedish Elections?

Do you support the Social Democrats, the Left, or the Greens?

My Answer: I would support the Left in order to push the Social Democrats more left-wing on economic and social policies such as housing and the climate.

End of an era...

I am leaving this place, and I am genuinely sorry to Tekid for those messages. I will never come back unless I change my mind (90% unlikely), while I am proud to have been the leader of the WPDL and the PM of this nation, I do not think that it is right for me to remain here as my time has passed. I do not think it is appropriate for me to come back and I probably never will. While I will not likely encounter you all again, I am happy to be part of this PolSim's journey. I will still be involved in other subreddits and other Discord servers regarding politics.

I did not expect to leave today, but I think it is time for me to leave.

(Also, please do not repeal my good legislation + I am totally not crying loud at night with my family sleeping because I am gonna miss you all, including yes you, Lyvia, even though we had beef all the time from way back April I think, oh lolz!)

Goodbye all, see you in another life.

I (don't) accept being imprisoned lolz

I had fun trolling and ragebaiting Tekid (still should have run for senate), it was a pleasure lmao, I finally had fun in this PolSim in which PolSims were supposed to be fun and I had that today, especially in the court which was funny lmfao, I liked acting like a senile old man in court.

Also btw, if I get banned for 3 years, that would be funny lmao, banning me for trolling and being disruptive in court is uh interesting.

Anyways, see you space cowpeople!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is Labor Left so moderate?

Coming from a non-Australian here, why is the Labor Left faction so moderate when they are the in charge of the Labor Party and one of their members is the PM (Anthony Albanese)? Their policies on Palestine, Taxing the Gas, NDIS, Environment, their late response to CGT Taxes, etc. feel very Moderate for a Left-Wing faction of a Center-Left party. Why is that so?

How your MP voted on the abortion bill - News (South Australia)

Premier Peter Malinauskas of the Labor Party voted in favor of the bill which is not surprising as he described himself personally as a "Social Conservative" before but still disappointing as he is a leader of a center-left political party.
