Wife 45 F was talking with dozens of men online been married to me 46 M 24 yrs
So I 46(M) caught my wife 45(F) talking with several different guys on several platforms . She was in a special relationship with some guy in Spain , we live in the states btw, for about a year and was telling him she loved him , I also found her looking for plane tickets and air b nb out there as well. She was having the emotional affairs for about a year and a half before I caught her. She was using Snapchat, Skype, google chat , telegram, signal, Instagram, and tik tok. I am a small business owner and I have no idea about social media and all this stuff , but basically I haven’t been the same after all this . I caught her about 6 months ago but I think about this constantly and I can’t wrap my head around it . Like after 2 decades with this person I thought we had made it and tbh never had any doubts in her whatsoever. I haven’t told anybody around me because I realize nothing physical took place but it still feels like a big knife in the back. I have been a broken man since this happened and now I am insecure about damn near everything. Please can anyone give some advice please ?I can’t focus on my work or anything else for that matter , this was a bit of a reality check though I am assuming I got too comfortable.Up until this point everything she says feels like bs
