KSL Gold elite trainer -- purchase question
Planning on buying this, and it seems the "official" site has these listed at $65, but there are other archery websites that have them $20 cheaper, listed with the same photo and product name.
Are these legit items that are just more reasonably priced? or am I walking into a scam where they swap it with an inferior item?
(I am hoping this doesn't violate rule 5, I'm looking for guidance, not trying to give specific links.)
Guess it’s time for my first red dot
I’m so annoyed.
First, I’ll need to buy a new optic-ready slide for my Shield Plus. $300, half the price of the gun.
Then I have to pick an optic, even though I’ve never used one before. Leaning towards a smaller holosun, considering Osight as well.
Red? Green? Hoping the folks in the store have some way for me to try these out.
And then, of course, new holsters that are cut for optics.
All because I can’t see that front sight clearly anymore.
Rant over. Any optic tips you kind folks can share would be appreciated!
Concealed carry strong side -- can it be done IWB or is OWB the way to go?
I'm new to CCW, should have my permit in the next few weeks. I've got my IWB appendix holster, but I am leaning towards strong side carry. Somewhere between 3 and 4 o'clock.
I'm likely going to buy a Protos M to try that out. I know they make it for IWB or OWB, but is IWB really practical and remotely comfortable? or for strong side, do I basically have to commit to OWB and make sure my clothing covers it all up.
