May be in a position where my wife wants to use her sister as a surrogate for a baby

TLDR; Wife (32F) and myself (30F) aren’t able to have kids together without the use of a surrogate. My wife’s younger sister (22F) offered / volunteered. Is that a bad idea

And ultimately if we decide to have a baby at some point it will come down to me and it feels like the focus will all be on me.

It feels kinda weird and not sure how I would handle it.

Would that be a bad idea? Does anyone have experience with this?

Wife (33F) wants her sister (22F) to be our surrogate. Not sure how I (31M) feel

They both are on board. I feel like all the attention is waiting for me to react to it / decide

I don’t want it to mess our the family based on what I decide and then it’s my fault

I don’t know what to do. Our only plan right now is for her to go to therapy soon. But she’s been to therapy before for general stuff probably this included and it’s been years.

Her first husband mainly left because of her debt and spending. It’s been years of us together
