My friend is getting married in Canmore next year - desperately seeking a highland cow

Does anybody know of a highland cow (or two) that could make an appearance at my friend’s wedding in Canmore? In any capacity, even just for photos of them. She is enthralled with highland cows and it would totally make her day.
