Vinted account permanently banned for counterfeit — genuine items, need advice on timeline

Got permanently banned on Vinted for allegedly listing fake Off-White items (a hat and a cushion). Both were 100% genuine bought in-store from House of Fraser (legit UK department store) for £30 each, listed for £65 and £75.

I think the price markup + a reprt is what triggered the automated counterfeit flag, not anything actually wrong with the items.

I appealed with:

\- Photo of the House of Fraser receipt

\- Close-u photos of both items (laels, tags, stitching)

\- message explaining where I bought them and that the markup is normal resale pricing

Got a reply back (not an instant auto-decline) saying they've forwarded it for further investigation and will review the photos, will update me. Signed by an actual gent name, not a fully generic bot reply.

Questions for anyone who's been through this:

\- How long did your investigation/review actually take once it got past the first reply?

\- Did genuine proof of purchlase actualy work for you, or did they still reject it?

\- Anyone dealt with the same "bought cheap, resold higher" situation and had it count against them, or was it a non-issue?

Thanks all
