New Type of Ikea Task From Corporate
Got an email today supposedly sent out to my entire market requesting Taskers for a big corporate job assembling Ikea furniture. (the assembly list is huge, like thirty line items with multiple quantities of nearly each one).
What's notable is this note at the bottom "You will be required to track the items you have assembled each day with a simple checklist we will provide. We make this request for multiple reasons including tracking the progress of the project, ensuring the client is not missing items, verifying your payments, and more. If you are unwilling to do this while on task, you may be asked to not return."
My reading of this is instead of an even split of payments like a standard multiple Tasker job, they've implemented a way to pay you for the items you've actually assembled. Good for fast Taskers, bad for slow ones.
