I need some advice

So i started practicing lucid dreaming like a month ago. To be precise im currently focusing on remembering my dreams but im stuck here. I only remember some of my dreams every few days. I'm writing a dream journal and im doing the thing when I wake up I try to remember my dreams by any left over feeling or emotion (i think its called delving). I'm also doing reality checks everyday, sometimes less because I forget about it. I do around 3-10 a day. I want to remember my dreams for a week straight before moving onto a lucid dreaming technique but I don't seem to improve. I didnt remember a single thing the past 2-3 days. Am I doing something wrong? Should I need to be more consistent with the reality checks?

Good back exercise instead of pull ups?

So i can do like 4 pull ups but even when I do I cant feel my back when doing it. So I figured I might do something wrong, so I decided I want to train my back with a different exercise until I can do more than 4 and properly. So that's why I want to ask for good exercises for back training

So I've been doing calisthenics for almost a month and my problem was always that I had a hard time gaining weight, I'm really skinny. Also im training my whole body. I train on Monday Wednesday and Friday.And like 10 days ago I've found a shake with 1000+ calories and 70g of protein. And I have been drinking that everyday. (I made sure it doesn't replace a meal). And since I've been drinking this I've gained like 2kg of weight. Is this normal or is it more fat or more muscle?

So a few years ago I really wanted to lucid dream but after barely any success I gave up for a while. Now I decided to try it again hoping for better results. Any tips on what should I do? When I was trying I used to check my fingers and the time whenever lucid dreaming came to my mind. I had 2 lucid dreams before but I woke up almost instantly in both of them

So i started a few weeks ago and I have been doing this workout every 2nd day. I was wondering if doing this will result in a balanced physique or should I add something else to it. Also how often should I train?

Edit: i forgot to mention that I do 3x8 in each exercise except pull ups and chin ups. I do 3x4 of those currently. If I struggle I switch to that reversed version when I start at the top and slowly lower myself. Also thank you for every answer!

So i ordered a book on April 9th and today i got an email that it's getting refunded. And when I go to my order it still says that it's going to arrive by may 8th. So now should I just order from somewhere else or whats happening?
