Hello. I hope I’m in the right place.

I’m an amateur sci fi writer working on my universe worldbuilding.

My hero flys a classic retro-style rocketship. I am a huge Star Trek fan, and I loved the old technical manuals that had deck plans for the various Enterprises. I want something like that for my hero’s rocket ship. Thankfully it’s nowhere near as big as a Federation starship (it’s just a little bigger than the SpaceX Starship).

I’ve included several pictures. The first picture is my attempt at designing (the left is me, the right is what AI farted out). The second and third pictures are what I’m hoping the deck plans will look like, style-wise.

I have (badly) hand-drawn deck plans for each deck that give a basic outline on where I want things placed, but I’m hoping an actual CAD artist can make it all work. There are a total of 16 decks, though some will be easier than others.

I’m not sure how much payment you’d be asking for; maybe after talking a little more, an agreement on payment can be made.

If this is not allowed here, I’m sorry and please delete the post. And hopefully point me to where it can be allowed. Thanks in advance.

Edit: I think I may have worded this wrong. I don’t want fully rendered images of the rocket ship. Just simple deck plans like the ones shown in my pictures. Usually deck plans/floor plans are made with a computer.

This is EXACTLY what I was picturing in my mind and it’s also how all the rocketships from my beloved Weird Science/Weird Fantasy comics landed.

So this is where I am right now. The little black dot the arrow is pointing at. In a Caspian headed to Sag A for a second time. But guess what I forgot? Yep.

Been riding the Neutron highway since I finally figured out how to Neutron boost.

I have about 4,100 AFMUs left. Nothing is below 90%, but will be soon. How low can the percentage drop before I notice any serious effects?

I’m not sure if I have enough AMFUs to get me to Colonia. Do you think I’ll make it? Or should I try to go to an EDDS carrier?

Is the one directly south of Colonia worth trying to reach? The one right below the arrow shaft that I drew?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I remember finding this in my high school library in the 1990s and reading it.

And honestly I loved it! I don’t know what about it changed my mind.

It’s pure hack schlock, to be sure, but the dude literally rips off every single aspect of the 1977 movie, while filling in the blanks that were later covered by the actual sequels (such as including the Emperor analogue in the first volume).

I can’t even begin to list the rip-offs Mills straight up stole from the movie. The funniest thing is, if the rip-off was TOO blatant, he changed something just a little bit… for example, the Twin Suns of Tanella I and II that circle (wait for it) a water world and not a desert world.

Honestly? It became almost enjoyable the further along I read.

Evidently there are sequels but it was hard enough tracking this single copy down.

Any of you guys read this hilarious and unbelievably blatant rip off of Star Wars?
