I won't stop using the restroom, peeing and pooping. My butt hurts LOL but seriously I'm on day 6 on the wegovy pill and I've had runny poop since then. I pooped myself once thinking it was a fart ( IM SORRY TMI) but yes .. anyone else had this ?? And why do yall think it's happening ?
I take my pill at 7 A.M., but sometimes my sleep schedule isn't always good , I wanted to know that when you guys take the pill, How long do you go without food before you take it . like if I take it at 7 A.M. when do you suggest I completely stop eating around 7pm or 10pm ? Sadly today I ate at 2am
Today was the first time I took the pill after not eating for 10 hours to make sure my stomach was empty. I took it at 7:00 a.m. and ended up falling asleep afterward. I woke up later to cook my husband’s lunch around 2:30 p.m.
Since I was advised to make my first meal light, I drank a protein shake while cooking. Afterward, I still felt hungry, and about two hours passed. I honestly started wondering if the pill was even working.
Later, I ate some of the lunch I had made white rice mixed with cauliflower rice, ground beef, and sriracha. After my first bowl, I felt really full, but I wanted that “stuffed” feeling, so I ate a very small second portion. That’s when I felt EXTREMELY full.
Even now while typing this, I feel so full almost like I just ate at a Golden Corral buffet 😭. I’m 255 pounds, so for me to feel this full usually takes a lot of food. That’s why this feels kind of insane to me. A medium-sized portion filled me up to the max. I honestly feel stuffed to the point where I can barely breathe (in a full way, not a bad way 😂).
I’m done eating for the day since I have to take my medicine again at 7 a.m., so it’ll just be water from now on. So far, I’m excited to keep going.
Since my medication took a week and two days to get here, I already know I’ll need to request my refill around the 29th when I have about 10 pills left.
As for shipping, I’m not mad about it. I understand things take time and that Ro has a lot of customers. Processing can take a while, but as long as I order before I run out, that’s all I can really do.
I’m also going to try saving money on the side to get the 6-month subscription, which is $535. Sometimes all we can do is try our best, and you really can’t put a price on bettering yourself.
I still can’t believe how full I am while writing this 😭, but I’ll keep you guys updated. Wishing everyone an amazing journey ❤️

Hi everyone, I’m new here and starting Ro this Wednesday (using the new promotion). I’m planning to go with Wegovy.
I had a couple questions for those of you already on it:
- About how much did your monthly cost end up being after the first dose? I’ve seen people mention around $349 for the lower dose, but I’m not sure how it changes over time.
Did most of you stay on the lower doses, or do you eventually have to move up to the higher doses for it to work well?
Also, I’m currently on Lexapro has anyone had any issues combining it with Wegovy?
