I’ve had hedwig since 2021 and her whole life she hasn’t been able to fly when i go her she had no tail(was a baby) and even after she grew one she can’t maintain feathers or fly she just plops down and even when she does grow feathers they will bleed and fall out one of her wings is quite strong but the other has like nothing i’ve attached photos to show how u never it is and i’ve never clipped her wings

mainly trying to to figure out whether he has mites or it’s a keratin in Balance because he’s been like that for over a year and it hasn’t really gotten worse at all anyone have any experience with either?
