Please be responsible travelers and double check your info when you make a call reservation. Like do your work research on where the shuttles are and not call the hotel on the day that you are at the airport. Please just do something like talk to the airlines staff odds are they know the location of the shuttle pick up spots.

PLS IF THE FRONT DESK IS NOT PICKING UP DO NOT BOTHER RESERVATIONS. It's like a child trying to pot the wooden square to a circle hole fuckinh damm it.

I'm saying this because people that work in hotel reservations get nothing out of you. Our stats are purely based on how many rooms we sell and not the people we assist. So please either just do your own work and research or just ask the airlines staff like a normal human being.

I think everyone that works in a call center feels the same way to some degree. I work in hotel reservations in South East Asia and man do these American clowns have some shit to say. Imagine them telling you that they want to cancel a reservation that they just made and you check everything oh it's a little cheaper compared to our other rates and apparently it's a non refundable reservation. The audacity of these fuckers getting mad because they made a mistake like bitch Im trying to help you here I'm asking if you were informed of this or not.

(fyi that is the case with hotel rates if its a lot cheaper always check the fine print for cancellation policies if it needs a deposit or if it's non refundable)
