A levels, push forward or to drop?

Currently in J2 and have just started seriously studying (i had a bad past two years, and lack of self discipline which I already know is my fault) and prelims is right round the corner.

I went from 0% to 100% studying immediately and I can feel the toll its taking on me, especially mentally. I already know my prelims will be absolutely horrible, but I cant seem to think beyond prelims and I feel like my 2 years of JC is a waste. Should I set aside my worry for prelims and focus on Alevels, or should i consider alternative route (like transferring to poly or are there other options?)

Sorry if this was hard to read or confusing I have been in a very bad mental state the past week and its showing

Also my schools prelims seem so much later than others, wont that give me less time for A levels or am i seriously tripping rn

Accutane: advice needed

I am 19F, and have acne for 3+ years now. I have rosacea and oily skin, so i always have many pastures everywhere on my face, as well as oil plugs and texture. I have been interested in going o accutane or similar anti-acne drugs (I know the side effects can be quite bad, but i think i can benefit overall especially w confidence lvl).

I have some questions:
What is the process like for getting accutane via the public health route (idrk the term, basically non private clinics) and what will the price point be?
For private clinic, are there any popular or recommended options?
And for those who have been on accutane, has the effect lasted even after you went off it, as i heard some have to undergo multiple rounds as acne kept coming back.

Thank you in advance :)

Accutane experience and advice

Hi I am 18F, and have had acne for the past 3+ years. I have rosacea and very sensitive oily skin, so i always get oil clots, many tiny whiteheads and alot of texture on my skin.

I have been interested in taking Accutane or similar anti-acne drugs for a while now, and I know this is a big decision as accutane has many nasty side effects, but i think i will benefit from it overall especially w my confidence lvl.

So have some questions to ask you guys:
How is the process like to get accurate via the public healthcare route (as in not private clinic) and around how much does it cost?
For private clinic, which ones are a popular option and how is the process/price point like as well?
Also for those who has gone on accutane, has the effect lasted even after going off it as I have seen cases of people having to undergo several rounds as their acne kept coming back

got the 6pcs boneless chicken bites with fries, and it was so miserable. the chicken was not even coated properly with the soy sauce and some pieces were ridiculously small.
