Loopers collide, or upper looper hits the needles, there’s no position where nothing collides.
I have tried everything I can. Needle rotation etc. Watched a whole lot videos in youtube. Was one post talking about same problem.

Spot on fit for athletic build. Wearing size 30/32. I'm 180cm and 80kg. I will be using these as work pants, I work in fashion retail.
What is happening here. Lower looper hitting upperlooper shaft. Timing seems ok?
Is something bent?
Why is this happening? Everyrhing seems ok, mut the lower looper hits upperlooper arm.
