is there anywhere we could rent bikes in elizabethtown? currently doing a summer program here in e-town college and bikes are not permitted for rental for summer students (┬┬﹏┬┬)

here's the timeline

1. 2 months ago, my laptop when opened, showed the bitlocker thing, I followed the commands and changed my password
2. since then, there's been pop-ups that I need to sign in to my work/school account (despite already being signed in), I ignore that pop-up
3. the "d-dng" sound comes up with no pop-up around 2-3ish minute mark once the laptop is on, whether or not I've logged in on the actual laptop, or if the pop-up on no. 2 shows up

the "d-dng" sound only happens once, while the pop-up for school sign in happens around every 2-3 hours

I know how to remove my school account, but I'd like to know what that d-dng sound actually means, if there's no pop-ups...
