i want to be lean
i’m 18 5’6 160 lbs, i started losing weight 2023 280-159 ended up skinny fat, gained muscle for a couple years and maintained gained weight too until this year may 18. i’m on day 43 of my cut consistently 43 days of 20k+ steps 5-6 training till failure in the gym , 1600-1750 cals a day , fruits, supplements, sun everything i should be doing. i’m not proud with the body i have now but i don’t feel like it’s working anymore ( weight stalled for 8 days 160.4) and i just don’t see any more progress especially love handles, lower belly fat , belly fat , abs not showing . i wanted to talk to somebody to get guidance. and everything is sustainable for me i feel full throughout the day i hit my protein get good carbs ( 3 meals 2 snacks) smartly a day but i just want to be lean, for picture references feel free to private message me
