I'm not buying the damage control angle at all, Techland.

There is absolutely no way Techland is trying to pretend that removing Spike from the prologue was all a part of some grand plan. It doesn't even make any sense. This is simply damage control for the negative response from the player base. It's actually dog shit.

Also, speaking of the new prologue, why does Aiden say he was sent to Villedor to uncover its secrets?? What secrets??? Sent by who??? We're pretending he didn't go by himself as a Pilgrim to find Mia? Like this company is so cooked its kind of crazy.

Edit: If I'm wrong about this and Spike does return in a meaningful capacity, I will apologize and completely eat my words.
