Rehome: 187 C25 Mini in Black Caviar, Light Beige Caviar, Gold Caviar. All brand new never used.

Bought too many c25 minis and find them too small for my tall frame. All sourced via Heidi from 187 all brand new never used with full set. All three are stunning and the highest quality you can get from 187 factory. ✨

$400 each US

Buyer messaged me that she’s taking my bag on vacation and will return after…..any advice welcomed.

What a nightmare..

Recently sold a bag for $1700 the buyer proceeded to file an item not as described claim the day after receiving it.. not because of the bag but because she was demanding I mail her the receipt too for the future in case she wants to sell it.

I accept her return (I shipped it to her 2 day shipping because she insisted she had a trip coming up) and she messages me on my instagram letting me know she’s taking the bag on her vacation that she’ll use it and then send it back if I still want it returned. That she’ll only remove the item not as described if I send her the original receipt.

Nowhere in the listing did it state original receipt would be sent.

I am truly baffled and at a loss. Have sold many high end bags never had any issues. Afraid to contact eBay in case they refund her and also let her keep the bag (chatgpt told me not to have eBay interfere or escalate)

What do you do if you get him and realize they under charged you…

I was shopping today for a few home goods when I saw a new vacuum that I’ve been meaning to get (Dyson) I was talking to the cashier a regular I talk to and didn’t even notice how little I was charged until I got home they charged $50 for the $400 vacuum it had a red clearance ticket that I suspect someone else had put on it and left there what do I do in this situation
