I’m developing a game about diving and expeditions on Lake Tanganyika, and there’s a part of the game where three real fish parts create a new fish. I’m curious who can guess which Lake Tanganyika cichlids are shown in the picture.

I keep several aquariums with Lake Tanganyika cichlids.

Last December, I decided to try breeding Eretmodus cyanostictus Kigoma. On December 19, I took the eggs from the female on the third day of incubation, and from that point on I took photos every day.

In the end, around 20 fry moved from the incubator to a fry box inside the aquarium.

I documented the entire process in photos. Unfortunately, all the photos were taken with my phone, so the quality isn't great. But maybe someone will find the whole process interesting.
