weight gain being hard?

I’m 134lbs and I literally barely gain weight. every inch of height i’d gain maybe 3lbs but i’m still so light at 5’10.5. why is it so hard. Most days i’m hitting 2700 calories when i count. and i get above 3000 a lot. I go to the gym at least 4 times a week but i’m still so skinny.

also the problem is mostly in my upper body for some reason my legs do get bigger and they’ve always been big but i’m literally a twig on the upper body.

how many people here can dunk on 10ft, if so, when was the first time you dunked it?

i’m 5’10 now 14 and I can grab a 10ft rim barely. I wonder if anyone here can dunk especially if under 6ft.

9’9 rim did i touch 10’2?

I don’t have access to the proper tester anymore. i’m 5’9 3/4 barefoot 7’7 standing reach in shoes. i measured the rim at 9’9 my hand is 7.7 inches in length and i feel the middle part of the outside ridge touch rim. it’s a kinda low angle but i measured that area i touched it with to be 4.75 inches down my hand so do you think i touched it?

were we actually a bad team this season?

I’m just wondering where it went wrong, how did we get so much worse in one season? from back to back finals to a first round loss to the ducks.

Is it injuries affecting us? is it a mix of both injuries and some slight decrease in skill?

why is my airtime measurement always lower than my vert?

my standing reach with shoes is 7’6 I can touch 9’10 that’s a 28 inch vertical. but my airtime is always like 0.68 second or 0.7 or something between 0.67-0.71. I never properly did it by counting frames that would take so long but still how does this makes sense? I’m reaching as high as i can on my reach measurement, I have used that bell tester thing and put it at 9’10, i measured a rim at 9’10 and I can touch it consistently. so why is my airtime always lower than expected??

I was diagnosed on february 5th, today I came to the clinic, I know my control is good but I did NOT expect 5.2. I was thinking high 6s. my dexcom shows 6.0-6.5 average usually and 90-97% time in range. I don’t have big swings up high and low. I’m on multiple daily injections, and It is a bit annoying but I haven’t found it very hard tbh.
