I wanted to post about a new company/something similar to consulting? Where my friend, an educational administrator, who has had all the things that could negatively impact an upbringing, and wants to share stories of resilience. Stories of overcoming generational trauma and breaking the cycle of anger, depression,
Substance abuse, and so many other things that many grew up with and feel like they are alone in this. Now, we are parents and if you haven’t noticed, the trauma is ingrained in our actions and words. Before you know it, you are the same person you feared so much growing up.
