I sucked helium from tank on high pressure twice, just 3 seconds each I think or less. That was at 2pm, now it's 12am. I have a tension headache and feel weird, did I give myself brain damage? I didn't faint or anything. Then sucked helium from 2 balloons, it's from the balloon time helium tank that comes only with 80% helium and 20% oxygen.

I took zoloft 50mg on July 1st. Had to stop it for horrible effects. I felt a headache during the middle of July 2nd. And now it feels like my head is being squeezed? Could this be from the medication being in my system or anxiety?

After my first dose on 50mg yesterday, I was having a lot of anxiety, then I nearly completed my suicide attempts last night. The lingering feelings transferred to today and I was extremely suicidal until I tried to calm down. Now I'm ok, but is that normal?

I just want to know since ive attempted a few times, but never went through. I'm not planning to any longer, but I just want to know what I mightve experienced.

I have harm ocd, panic disorder and depression. I'm afraid that if I take the 50mg of zoloft that I'm gonna have a bad side effect and the medicine will make me feel like I will hurt people or something. While I was on Prozac I was highly suicidal. So I suppose it's the harm ocd making me afraid still.
