Hello all, I am having terrible dryness after overusing Flonase per my surgeons instructions because I felt very obstructed after my revision rhinoplasty. I had an initial surgery that slightly reduced my turbinates with a Colorado tip needle and outfractured them. My revision did extended spreader grafts and deprojected my tip and reduced my dorsum no further turbinate work. I’m worried the spreader grafts made my nose too open, ENS score 12 and I also have a ton of scar bands in my nose I think is contributing to not feeling air on right side, left is better. Thank you so much!
How do you guys sleep with symptoms of this/have this? I can’t sleep I’ve tried trazadone, doxepin, ambien works a little but makes me so depressed the next day, Ativan helps me get more sleep but scared to take it long term, please any advice I’m so exhausted
Please don’t go to this doctor. I went to him for a revision to fix a pointy upturned tip and he flattened my bridge and made me look like an avatar. He also worsened my breathing and shortened my columella which I asked him not to. This surgeon does what he wants to your face. I’m now looking at surgeons to augment my bridge, lengthen columnella, and fix breathing. I feel so regretful for ever getting surgery I would never want anyone to experience this please be so cautious before picking a surgeon. I am so depressed and feel hideous. I am almost 4 months post op

Has anyone had a 3rd surgery and been happy with results? I feel like all I see on here are people on their 4th and 5th :( just want to hope that things could be much better or did you just have to accept that you’d never fully like your nose again? :/
