Have you been scammed by credit one bank?
Hello, i recently was scammed by credit one bank, upon checking their reviews i’ve noticed thousands of other people saying the same thing:
here’s my story
i got a pre approved mailing and looked up credit one and saw it was a legitimate bank, i was in a low point and needed a card so i signed up, i was charged a $75 fee and did not receive the card so i downloaded the app and saw a charge of $200, i called them and told them i didnt receive it so they said they cancelled the charge and sent me a new card, same issue happens again, no card and a fraud charge, at this point im thinking somethings fishy so i call again and they say they are sending another card, this time not even a day later i recieve an email saying the card has been activated and has been used in a different state, i call them again and they’re asking for my full social security number, no answers and not making sense and being just generally really rude to me. now my credit score is low and i have these fraud charges that i can’t do anything about it. reviews of them online are all saying the same thing. i have reported this to the fbi as a scam and am going to be pushing for justice. has anyone else had this happen?
