

Routine advice
Hi,
for context i’m a Male, 21 year old, weighing 54kg right now and i want to get to the “daredevi” physique ASAP
i asked Gemini for a routine to do at home and this is what it gave me
Pike pushups - 3 sets of 10
Decline pushups - 3 sets of 10
Backpack rows - 3 sets of 15
(heavy bag, bend over and pull to chest)
Split squats - 3 sets of 12 each
(one foot back on bed)
Glute bridges - 3 sets of 20
Plank - 3 sets till failure
yes these are at home exercises because i don’t have access to a gym as of right now
if anyone has got any advice for me that would be immensely helpful or even anything to better my routine that would be great
