So I'm not much in to Tantra practice but I've clarity on what I believe. I always loved and pray my ancestors for the life I'm leading now. I always pray for their moral guidance in my life.

So I was doing an evening run and suddenly i remembered my ancestors. Unknowingly I remembered their names and felt that love in my heart. I'm not sure what exactly happened but my body felt sudden energy spike as if an external force is pushing me from behind. My back, my hands, my legs felt that. My body became more energetic and lasted briefly for a minute. During that one minute, I felt energetic and happier than ever.

I felt something like this for the first time. Are my ancestors really listening to me and loving me back or is it just my dopamine levels or nervous system activation?
