Pure Indulgence by the Director!!! WHAT A MOVIE!

I don't think I remember I've felt this way after watching a movie in a very long time....Just Cinema firing on all cylinders, doesn't spoon feed, takes audience along the ride, respects viewers intelligence. If this is the future ahead for Telugu .....We will be eating well...Don not miss it.

The future looks great.

I hope they don’t jump on the bandwagon of star-hero vehicle films. And if they do, I hope they reinvent the formula.

Rana Daggubati doesn't get enough credit for choosing different roles.

He's never been afraid to experiment. Hero, villain, supporting role—it feels like the character matters more to him than screen time.

I am Speechless

I AM SPEECHLESS....

Just finished watching Punjab 95, and yes, I will always call it by its original name.

I wouldn't call this film cinematic or entertaining. It feels like watching a powerful document of what happened to Mr. Jaswant Singh Khalra, a man who gave his life fighting for those who suffered during that dark chapter.

Diljit Dosanjh, that dream sequence with Kuljit completely broke me. I literally cried watching your performance. You didn't just play Jaswant Singh Khalra, you became him. Suvinder Vicky was, as always, outstanding, and the rest of the cast delivered brilliant performances as well.

A special mention to Honey Trehan for refusing to accept the Central Board of Film Certification's demand for 120 cuts and making sure this story finally reached the audience.

This story deserved to be heard, and this film gives it that voice. My deepest respect to Mr. Jaswant Singh Khalra and everyone who stood beside him.

Everyone should watch this film.

Nice Bahadur

Movie bagundi but i have nice expectations as director said much about the character as he is soo diff guy And audience would take that character with u after the movie and kamal hassan kind of range acting and all.

First half its decent but not that enganging, ante movie motham drama kabati inka gripping ga writing or scenes unte bagundu anipichindi, second half is good this is were we get into movie alittle more deep and story moves.

Its a decent story not a routine treatment it goes to physocological drama way, movie chala mandhiku ekadhu i feel and naku ekindi ala ani thop ani kadhu it could have become much more better with a little bit diff treatment and more.

Satyadev is really good, but i felt their is much scope to act in diff ways as he is not normal person in the film, 2nd half flashback portions are good.

So i thought maybe this can be a gamerchanger for telugu cinema but its decent. A worth watch in theater for sure give it a try and telugu cinema is breathing in second half of 2026.

How did Greek Mythology become so big in the west but India's History couldn't?

So I was just thinking, while our Indian History (some call it Mythology) - I am talking Ramayana and Mahabharatam are also really fine stories we have heard of. While I am sure Greek Mythology is also really good, that's why it has become so big, but I was wondering, why did our stories not go global like theirs? We have to make movies so that the west also get to know of our rich history, but Hollywood is making movies based on Greek mythology.

I was also wondering, who do you think from Hollywood wud be good in making Mahabharatam?

Telugu Chitram chusinattu undhi

There are moments when a film industry quietly reminds us why we fell in love with cinema in the first place. Telugu cinema feels like it’s having one of those moments.
A 94-year-old master, Singeetam Srinivasa Rao, returns with Sing Geetham, proving that imagination has no age. When someone who has spent decades telling stories still chooses to dream, experiment, and create, it reminds us that true artists never retire they simply find new songs to sing.
At the same time, Venkatesh Maha brings us Rao Bahadur, a film that dares to ask difficult questions instead of offering easy answers. It’s the kind of cinema that trusts its audience, lingers in your mind long after the credits roll, and celebrates storytelling over spectacle.

Pakka Theatre lo chudalsina movies ivi. Oka Telugu cinema chusinattu undhi.

Manchi cinemalu vachinapudu velli chudali.

This film is not for everyone..
But konchem patience inka attention span unte nachuthadi movie..
It is an art film not like every telugu cinema..
Just go and watch chala metaphors untayi..

Don’t make this film another “Audience failed here” movie.
And remember cinema ki vellali ante elanti barbie reviews chusi vellalsina avasaram ledhu.
Telugu reviewers lo okadiki kuda cinema knowledge ledhu sarigga.

the ancestral parallel

when i watched sinners for the first time, like everyone else, i was mind blown by that “one scene” where all his ancestors from the past, present and future come together to sing across multiple genres of music. that shit stayed with me for days. probably one of the greatest cinematic moments i’ve experienced.

on the same philosophical level, but in a completely different context and with a different energy, rao bahadur has a sequence where all of the protagonist’s ancestors come together to brainwash him with generations of age-old conditioning so he can carry that generational trauma forward. staged like a theatrical performance with music, it’s nothing short of cinematic brilliance. it genuinely reminded me of sinners.

venkatesh maha delivered one of the best performances in the film. it’s the kind of role many actors would dream of, yet there are tier-2's and tier-3 heroes who can’t even pull off half of what he did and still benefit from their privileged backgrounds. maha deserves a lot more acclaim as an actor. i hope he acts more.

This is not hate or something. In this PR show, I'm curious and at the same time irritated...

In this PR show, I'm curious and at the same time irritated by why they portrayed these new directors as if they came from a slum, with Pradeep Ranganathan giving them a chance by changing their lives or something. It feels that way because changing their clothes and the background also added fuel to it. It's really good that Pradeep Ranganathan is giving them a chance to showcase their talent, but why are they portraying it this way? It felt a little off. Also, I'm not here telling you to agree or disagree; I'm just expressing my opinion.

So what's the exact reason that ppl are upset with Chris Nolan on Odyssey?

Is it just that Christopher Nolan casted a black woman as Helen of troy (who is considered one of the prettiest or the prettiest women of Greece, if i am not wrong), while she is blonde and fair. Or is there anything else which they didn't like in the movie? This is by far the most hated movie of Christopher Nolan which I have seen before the release.

And tbh I don't have a problem with the casting choice, coz this is just mythology, certain cinematic liberties can be taken, and as a crazy fan of Christopher Nolan, I am really looking forward to see why he took this choice, and early reviews I have seen praising her too a lot!
