I’ve been stuck between 88–89 kg for almost 4 months now, and honestly, it’s getting frustrating.
I was on 5 mg for the longest time (around 8 months) and managed to lose about 10 kg during that period. Eventually, the weight loss completely stalled, so I moved up to 7.5 mg.
It’s been 3 weeks on 7.5 mg now, and I’ve noticed something strange. The appetite suppression is pretty strong for the first 3 days after the injection, but by day 4, my hunger starts coming back, and by the end of the week, I feel like the medication is barely doing anything.
Despite increasing the dose, the scale just refuses to move below 88 kg. I’m honestly exhausted from seeing the same numbers every week.
Has anyone experienced a similar plateau that lasted this long? Did staying on 7.5 mg eventually help, or did you only start losing again after moving to 10 mg?
Also curious whether anyone noticed their appetite suppression wearing off around day 4.
