1. Do anyone know if there will be another batch in August or not ?

2. All the remaining on campus students will be onboarded by which month?

Hi everyone if anyone knows when IBM onboards in a month like do they give joining from 1-15 of every month or only after 15th day of every month?

Hey everyone, for some reason I want to reschedule my tcs joining if it gives within this month. I have the provisional certificate, and all sem marksheets and only don't have those medical certificates and non criminal affidavit.

So those who have rescheduled the joining for any reason could you please tell the reason or any advice how can I reschedule the joining if it comes early.. any advice would really help my mental health I've been thinking all day Abt this..

And there should be a jcs mail so if I reschedule is there anything I have to upload as proof??

Hi everyone i heard that someone got call at 7:20pm on 3rd August and she was asked for 24th August onboarding. Anyone else received for 24th August or any other dates please leave a comment here it wont take too much of your time...

also the folks who are waiting comment your bgv date and if got the availability call before or not. comment and like for better reach...

Hi guys, so my case is different i haven't received the availability call still me and 8 more of my frnds got the bgv mail on 29th of july. from our clg 35 were selected 11 got the call for availability(which have been gone but no other update from them ) 4 are in pjp and 20 were waiting but on 29th july 9 got bgv mail without ever receiving availability call. Also the pjp guys and those who got the availability call got the bgv too..

So the qs is anyone got any update after receiving the bgv ?? comment down yr availability call and bgv mail date..

2026 IBM ASE On-Campus & TCS Ninja Timeline – Need Advice

Hi everyone,

I'm a 2026 graduate and currently have offers from both TCS and IBM. I'm trying to understand the IBM onboarding pattern because many of us are still waiting.

TCS (Off-Campus)

• Interview: 28 April
• Offer Letter: 5 May
• Role: Ninja

IBM (On-Campus)

• Interview: 1 March
• LOI Received: 13 March
• Role: Associate System Engineer (4.5 LPA)

Our college had 35 students selected.

IBM Timeline:

• 3 July: 4 students received calls to attend the Pre-Joining Program (PJP).
• 2 July: 6 students received availability calls asking if they could join on 27 July.
• 14 July: Another 4 students received availability calls asking if they could join at the end of July.

As of now:

• ✅ 10 students have received availability calls for onboarding.
• ✅ 4 students have been assigned to PJP.
• ❓ 21 students (including me) haven't received any onboarding or PJP call yet, even though we all have our provisional certificates and all semester marksheets.

I wanted to know if anyone else is in a similar situation or has any information.

Here's what happened in our college:

• 13 March: 35 students were selected through the IBM on-campus drive and received the LOI.
• May: Everyone received a call asking about final semester results, availability of the provisional certificate, and whether we could join after mid-July.
• 12 June: Only 5 students received a call to upload their provisional certificate.
• 3 July:
  • Those same 5 students received onboarding calls with a 27 July joining date.
  • Another 5 students received calls for the PJP (Pre-Joining Program).
• Yesterday(14th July) : 4 more students received a call asking if they would be available to join at the end of July.

Now, around 20 students (including me) have not received any call for either onboarding or PJP, even though all of us have our provisional certificates and all semester marksheets ready.

Has anyone from other colleges experienced something similar?

Do IBM on-campus onboarding calls usually come in multiple batches? Is it likely that the remaining candidates will receive onboarding calls later this month, in August, or even later?

Any information or previous experience would be greatly appreciated.
