I am learning arabic and I am confused between these two words. I know both words are used for ‘with’ so what’s the difference?

So I was having hard time with one of my knees after hearing a pop from it, i didn’t take it seriously until my knee started getting locked. It would get locked at most random times once got locked while I was sleeping and I woke up in pain because i couldn’t straighten my leg. So I asked gemini along with all of my symptoms and whatever problems I was having in my knew and it said it’s a meniscus tear and I need to see a doctor (that I obv will) and need to get an MRI and it said that chances of me getting a surgery for it are like 70-80%. Is it something to be worried about?
