Does anybody else not have instants?

All my friends have the new instants feature on their account but mine doesn't, is this a problem for anyone else?

I'm looking for makeup recommendations to recreate this lip look. I really like this glossy, cherry red look, but I don't know what products would be best for it.

I'd like recommendations that are somewhat affordable, and if it's expensive products, something that'll last a long time.
