Scars and Corporate (Trigger Warning)

Hello everyone! Thank you for taking the time to read this. I recently graduated uni and am starting a job in tech next month. Unfortunately, I’ve been through a rough patch this past year and resorted to harming myself. I am much better now and am in therapy and on meds, but unfortunately, the human body has its physical limitations. I dress very modestly, but since it is the summer, I sometimes dress in flowy shirts which expose my wrists as I move. I am very worried about this. It’s my first job out of college and I want to make a good first impression. Am I overthinking this? Have you ever seen/had scars visible at work? Did anyone comment on them? What to do if someone asks/comments? Thank you for your input!

What is one thing you wish you knew your first week/couple months at Epic?

Hello everyone! Thank you for taking the time to read this! I am so excited to join epic as a TS in a month! I was wondering if you could share any tips/ advice for the first couple of months at Epic?
How was your first day? Were you (and pardon me if this sounds silly) emotional? How did you get over the blues of leaving everything behind and starting over and finding your place among new people?
I appreciate you all. Thanks!!
