We want to go somewhere that has alpine lakes for fishing. Some friends recommended Jennie Lakes, but we would prefer to do something in the park. Would it be smart to just wing it and see if rangers can offer us permits the day of? Big Pine Lake looks awesome and I see that reservations for Big Pine Creek North Fork fill up fast. Any recommendations for specific trails? Thanks.

I am applying to a school that accepts either one, however they won't look at my application until they receive an exam. I already got my casper score and got 1st quartile 💀. I won't be getting my preview score until Aug 22nd. Should I just send the casper score?

For those of you who had a low mcat (500-505). How did step go for you? Some people told me that you need to get a 505+ to do good on step.

Only got UCR and UCLA, still waiting on others. CA resident
