They got access to my mother's email and that how they got access to the account. They convinced Visible to unlink the account from her device. They now have full control of the account and her phone number via a sim swap.

5 hours into the support rabbit hole and no progress has been made.

Relatively small turn out, but it was good to hear him speak. I would make the suggestion to at least get out and hear him out if you have the opportunity.

He has some good stances on common issues and isn't afraid to tackle difficult or somewhat esoteric questions. While he does lean into anti trump messaging, it's not his only stance.
