What to take after Humira fails

I've been a crohnie for a little over 10 years. Started with Imuran, then paired with Humira. My previous GI lowered my doses cause of potential side effects and I got flared up (shocker). I have ulcers in my terminal ileum, rectum and duodenum. Also just had a perianal fistula surgically treated. I've been to three doctors recently.

My old GI recommended Entyvio. Another one said Stelara which I'm in favor of, and the one I recently went to wants Rinvoq. He wants me to use it for 4 months before checking how it looks with another colonoscopy. I'm terrified of Rinvoq's side effects and cancer risks and I have severe health anxiety. I have nightmares about having lymphoma. He said he doesn't like Stelara cause it takes too long to do anything but would still put me on it if I really wanted. I don't know what to do. Can I still go back to Stelara if I start on Rinvoq for a bit to calm things down first?
